Mastermind groups are a safe and exclusive community that offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. Applications are now open for Masterminds.
Entrepreneurship is difficult, and at many times isolating and frustrating. Supernova seeks to mitigate some of the difficulty that comes with launching a cannabis facing company with the introduction of our Mastermind Series. Our Mastermind groups are a safe and exclusive community that offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. Groups of entrepreneurs with similar growth stages and business interests share insights, tips and information in an attempt to grow the community of businesses — and use their syndicate to help group members achieve success as each member defines it. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. Each Mastermind group has a facilitator that helps push the group along toward their goals, but is ultimately fueled by the group members themselves supporting and helping each other thorough deep dive discussions, the sharing of resources and a united focus.
To provide support, insight, accountability and encouragement to black and brown entrepreneurs through the connection and sharing of business information and insights that can raise ROI for the syndicate as a whole.
Supernova Women is launching two Mastermind groups: One online open to women of color in the United States (and Puerto Rico), and one group open to people of color that will meet in Oakland. Mastermind groups meet once a month for a total of 6 months. Each meeting will be 4 hours in length.
Mastermind Group Fees:
There is a one-time registration fee of $420 for the online Mastermind group. The Bay Area in person group fee is $520. Fees includes group materials and breakfast & lunch (Bay Area meetings) for all sessions.
